**My Little Artist**(이하 "앱")는 4~7세 아이의 그림을 AI로 분석해 표현 스타일과 강점을 발견하도록 돕는 모바일 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

### 1. 서비스 성격
- 앱의 분석 결과는 **창의적 참고 자료**이며, **전문 심리·발달 진단이 아닙니다.** 아이의 발달·행동에 대한 판단은 전문가와 상담하세요.

### 2. 처리하는 정보

**(가) 기기에만 저장되는 정보 (외부로 전송하지 않음)**
- 아이 이름(애칭), 생년월일, 성별, 프로필 사진
- 아이 그림 이미지
- AI 분석 결과
- 위 정보는 모두 **이용자 기기 내부**(앱 저장소·파일)에만 저장됩니다.

**(나) AI 분석을 위해 외부로 전송되는 정보**
- 분석 시점에 **그림 이미지**, **아이의 만나이(숫자)**, **(선택 입력 시) 그림 설명 텍스트**가 전송됩니다.
- **아이 이름·생년월일·성별·프로필 사진은 전송되지 않습니다.**
- 전송 경로: 이용자 기기 → **Supabase**(서버리스 인프라, 요청 중계) → **Anthropic(Claude)**(AI 분석).

**(다) 보안·남용 방지 목적 정보**
- 분석 요청 시 접속 **IP 주소**가 요청 빈도 제한(rate limit) 목적으로 잠시 처리되며, 짧은 기간(수 시간~1일) 카운터 형태로만 보관됩니다. 이미지·개인 식별정보와 결합하지 않습니다.

### 3. 보관 및 삭제
- (가) 정보는 **이용자 기기 내부**에만 있으며, **앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제**됩니다.
- (나) 전송된 그림 이미지는 분석 처리에 사용되며, **당사 서버에는 저장하지 않습니다.** Anthropic은 자사 정책에 따라 처리합니다.
- (다) IP 카운터는 만료 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

### 4. 아동의 정보
- 본 서비스는 **보호자가 아이의 그림을 직접 업로드**하는 방식으로 운영됩니다.
- **만 14세 미만 아동**의 정보가 포함되는 경우 **보호자의 동의**가 필요하며, 최초 실행 시 동의 절차를 제공합니다.

### 5. 제3자 처리 위탁
- **Anthropic, PBC** (미국) — AI 그림 분석.
- **Supabase** — 요청 중계 서버리스 인프라.
- 앱은 **광고·추적·분석(애널리틱스) 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.**

### 6. 이용자 권리
- 기기 내 정보 삭제: **앱 삭제** 또는 앱 내 개별 삭제로 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다.

**My Little Artist** ("the App") is a mobile app that uses AI to analyze drawings by children aged 4–7 and surface their expressive style and strengths. This policy explains what information the App processes and how.

### 1. Nature of the service
- Analysis results are **creative reference material**, **not a professional psychological or developmental diagnosis.** Consult a specialist for any concerns about a child's development or behavior.

### 2. Information we process

**(a) Stored only on your device (never transmitted)**
- Child name (nickname), date of birth, gender, profile photo
- Child drawing images
- AI analysis results
- All of the above are stored **only on the user's device** (app storage and files).

**(b) Transmitted for AI analysis**
- At analysis time, the **drawing image**, the **child's age in years (number)**, and **(if provided) the optional drawing description text** are transmitted.
- The **child's name, date of birth, gender, and profile photo are NOT transmitted.**
- Path: user device → **Supabase** (serverless infrastructure, request relay) → **Anthropic (Claude)** (AI analysis).

**(c) Security / abuse-prevention data**
- On each analysis request, the requesting **IP address** is briefly processed for rate limiting and kept only as a short-lived counter (hours to ~1 day). It is not combined with images or personal identifiers.

### 3. Retention and deletion
- Category (a) data lives **only on your device** and is **fully deleted when you delete the App.**
- Transmitted drawing images are used for analysis and are **not stored on our servers.** Anthropic processes them under its own policies.
- IP counters are auto-deleted after expiry.

### 4. Children's information
- The service operates by a **guardian uploading the child's drawing.**
- Where information of a **child under 14** is involved, **guardian consent** is required; the App presents a consent flow on first launch.

### 5. Third-party processing
- **Anthropic, PBC** (USA) — AI drawing analysis.
- **Supabase** — serverless infrastructure relaying requests.
- The App uses **no advertising, tracking, or analytics tools.**

### 6. Your rights
- Delete on-device data anytime by **deleting the App** or removing items in-app.
- Withdraw consent by deleting the App.
